The 4th annual Run 4 Independence benefitted four programs at the Elk Grove Community Assistance Network (formerly Elk Grove Community Food Bank Services) and our successful "Fit Fusion" program, a joint partnership with our generous title sponsor, Kaiser Permanente, targeting childhood obesity.

Fit Fusion participants and their families completed a 19 week program when the youth, ages 12-14, ran the 5k.
