Elk Grove Community Assistance Network-EG CAN (Formerly Elk Grove Community Food Bank Services)

Started in 1974 as a grass roots organization offering food and clothing to low income residents of Elk Grove and surrounding communities. We have grown from a resource for the hungry to a social services organization that oversees the following four programs:  Elk Grove Food Closet, Clothes Closet, Helping Hand and Elk Grove Community Garden.
